They say kindness is spread like a ray of sunshine to other people's lives regardless of the weather. The same spirit Tzu Chi Sinar Mas community wants to share with PT Tjiwi Kimia employees. They held 'Pelatihan Abu Putih' attended by 117 Tjiwi Kimia employees in February.
During the two days of training, Tzu Chi volunteers shared their volunteering stories and experiences. It was intended to inspire the employee's sense of caring.
Head of Culture & Employee Engagement Asia Pulp Paper (APP) Agus Nadi said kindness is a part of APP value itself. He hopes that APP employees inspired to be involved in social acts one of them by volunteering with Tzu Chi Sinar Mas.
Tzu Chi Sinar Mas was formed in 2004. This community was built to inspire APP Sinar Mas employees to volunteer in various social activities.
