Corporate Management by Olympic System Department (MBOS) from Global MBOS Division holds Skill Development Activity (SDA) Design Competition. The competition challenged Division Heads of Mill, Business Unit (BU), and Head Quarter (HQ) to present their SDA - Design Project and compete with other divisions between mill / paper BU / HQ. Winners will be competed again at the National SDA Design Competition.
This competition aims to get the best project based on the quality of the work plan, conformity to the KPI, project timeline, and also bring a positive impact to the company.
SDA Design Competition participants are divided into four categories, namely, BU Project, production project, supporting project, small mill, and sub BU.
Usually the project presentation was held in each location but considering health protocols amid COVID-19, the competition changed to online presentation. Each team will have to present their project online in front of the competition jury.
Starting from April 2020 the competition has been held in several location such as Pindo Deli, IKPP - Perawang Mill, Tjiwi Kimia, IKPP - Serang Mill, along with IKPP - Tangerang Mill, Eka Mas Fortuna, BU-17, dan HQ Thamrin & Serpong.
