Celebrating 31st Anniversary, PT IKPP – Serang Mill Lift Up Employees Spirit with Growing & Synergizing

PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (IKPP) – Serang Mill celebrated its 31^st Anniversary on 25 May 2023 with various fun competitions, which lasted from 10 – 25 May 2023. PT IKPP - Serang Mill was filled with engagements among employees to compete in making Speech Videos, the Emergency Response Competition, the PPE Agility Competition, the Gymnastic Competition, Fun Run, Fashion Show, and the Fashion Design Competition. Many prizes were rewards to keep up the fun spirits, including cash prizes, door prizes – electric bicycles, TVs, home appliances, and shopping vouchers.

One of the most memorable moments was when 150 employees and top management joined together in a friendly and festive atmosphere Fun Run competition. In line with the anniversary theme “Growing and Synergizing”, PT IKPP - Serang Mill hopes to accomplish better development in terms of products and services; and achieve sustainable growth, building good cooperation and communication with customers, stakeholders, employees, and the company’s vision “become the number one paper mill in the world with international standards”.
